The part was a good replacement at a low price for my broken door pull. The new part is all metal construction so is superior to my original plastic model. This part is not an exact match due to a machined groove on the exterior and the bright silver spring can be seen as you approach the door (unlike the blackened original spring). When installing, I found the threaded posts were a little too close together so I had to file one of the holes on the door panel to make it fit correctly.
I found it handy to pull the lifting rod through the hole in the door panel to make the connection then reinsert it at final installation. It would be tough to make the connection inside the door with very limited access.
Overall, it is a solid replacement part with a few quibbles.
