I do not have the answer to your question readily available. We can only guarantee that the part will come exactly as how it is described. If another customer has done a retrofit, hopefully they can provide more information.

Answered by Grace G. / Wed, Dec 09I don’t believe you can without some major changes being done. The mechanism of the original is with metal components, this replacement uses plastic and a different setup. Still, it does work and looks very good. I just had mine painted.
