The handle fit perfectly, however behind the lever is all chrome and the factory one has black behind the lever, I guess I should have bought all 4 instead of just one! ,but overall I was able to add a keypad to the truck and that was what I wanted.

Quick FixFront, Passenger Side Chrome Exterior Door Handle, Without Key Hole

The factory motor is riveted to the mechanism with very thin heads on the rivets to provide clearance as the mechanism moves up and down. I did not have to remove the mechanism from the door. I simply ground off the reads of the 3 rivets holding the bad motor to the window mechanism and punched them out. However, I found that the new nuts are a little too thick to use on the backside and one in particular binds the mechanism at one point in it's travel when raising the window. Since the new bolt heads are thinner than the nuts, my solution was to simply put the troublesome bolt through from the inside out with the nut facing the interior of the vehicle.
For the mechanically challenged, a set of more detailed and illustrated instructions specifically addressing the installation of the bolts and nuts might be good. Overall, a good product and only about an hour to install.
