No. The door lock cylinder with the keys is sold separately. If the old one is still intact, you may reuse them.

I'm all about buy American but sometimes unless your shopping local you help just as many Americans buying other products. Just my opinion but something to think on. My company builds tires for race and farm and if we didn't source some raw materials from China our cost would be significantly more than our competitors and 500 people would be out of work. The product looks and fits OEM and is great quality though. Hope this long essay helped. Lol

From what I remember is they had seal that were in between back and that level that you see there in the picture sticking up which is the most tedious things about putting them on because it sticks up and you have to maneuver it in the hole.
