When the original driver's door handle broke off in my hand, I ordered a new one from Car Parts. I had my mechanic put it in and they told me it was a hard job but got it in. Now I can open the door again. ;-)

Hi Matt, I'm glad to assist you. This is not compatible since it fits starting 2007 onwards. Unfortunately, we do not carry the front driver side exterior door handle for your 2006 Lexus ES300.
