As most of us know, buying parts online can be tricky and often times there is a runaround when you receive the wrong part. In this case, my granddaughter broke the driver’s side rear door handle of her 1988 Toyota Corolla. However, she mistakenly told me it was the passenger side. Of course, I ordered the wrong part.
I explained the situation to the Customer Service Rep at <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> and he said explain in an email the details. Three days later, I received a return authorization email with the message they would review the details. Six days later I received the correct door handle.
How’s does it get any better than this? Great service and it was my mistake.👍👍

When the delivery company lost my part in transit, your representative made sure I got the correct part sent immediately and accurately to replace it. When I called, the customer service person looked everything up immediately for me an made this experience very fast and painless
