Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Dec 20The clutch and fan are separate parts that fit and fasten together. The clutch has 4 threaded studs that mate with 4 holes on the fan. You will have to purchase both as well as 4 6mmx1.0 nuts to secure them together. The only way I can think that you wouldn’t have a clutch is if someone took the factory belt driven fan off and installed an electric fan to the radiator. In that case, simply purchase a universal electric fan and follow the installation steps.
