Ordering parts was easy but the customer service sucks. Was on hold for 45 mins, nobody ever answered then tried again the next day but wanted them to call me back-which they never did. Then called back 3 days later and was on hold again. But the reason for the call was never received parts; but got email asking me how I liked my parts. Not satisfactory.

It’s made of sheet metal not sure what gauge maybe 18 or 20 gauge sheet metal primed and coated to prevent rusting.
