Hi Alexandra, No, this fender liner does not come with any hardware. Unfortunately, we don't carry the mounting hardware for this part. You may use the existing hardware or purchase it from a local store or dealership.

I believe I had to use the existing hardware. It fit well, but the plastic is not as heavy as the MB original

There were no bolts. FCP Euro sells them online. You can also get hardware at any auto parts store.
