Good overall fit. Some of the hole spacings are a bit off, but it can easily be trimmed to make any needed adjustments. I like that is one piece, unlike the OEM one that’s stapled together.

Hi Brandyn, As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware (clips and bolts). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store.

It comes with no hardware. You'll definitely want to get a new set of the plastic pop bolts since you will likely ruin the existing ones on removal. They aren't expensive, I can't remember where to get them though.
