Product arrived a week late which was no fault of your own however the packaging was an oversized box with large areas of dead space and no cushioning materials to absorb the trauma of being shipped across the country. Upon delayed arrival my autobody shop charged me an extra $100 to correct the mis-shapen and dented part. Did not return the item because I was already a week behind schedule and who knew if and when the replacement would arrive. I have an online business and ship daily so I understand the delays right now however an unsecured fender thrown in a box with no packing material is completely unacceptable.
