Yes, this is a guaranteed fit for your 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 8 Cyl 5.2L. This portion covers the inner cab floor section of the driver side of a regular, extended or quad cab.

Is it the half from the door into the center of the floor or from the center of the floor to the transmission tunnel. I'm looking for the outer half. The center to the door.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Oct 26I think you need to look into this a little further. I just replaced my right inner with the identical pan and another supplier told me these fit 2wd only. After much cutting and welding, I’d say he was correct. If you guarantee the fit on a 4x4 I’ll buy the left but I’m telling you, these are not for 4wd.
