Hi Christopher, Yes, This is only for models with chrome bumpers that has fog light. We only guarantee fitment based on our application guide. If another customer has done a retrofit, hopefully they can provide more information.

Question: Can you install these on a 2014 GMC Sierra crew without factory fog lights?Matt / Sep 28, 2020
Hi-Matthew Unfortunately, you cannot. Since you do not have the factory fog light version, the bumper design of your truck does not have the hole provision for the fog lights(almost square hole design. But if you have fog light holes on your front bumper, this should fit without any problem.
