Hi Reginald,
This passenger side fog light assembly is guaranteed o fit the 2015 Honda CR-V EX 4 Cyl 2.4L. The fog light and fog light assembly are just the same. It is a complete assembly with the bulbs, circuit board wirings, and socket. it is a plug and play design. All you need to do is remove the old one, connect the wiring from the vehicle and it's good to go.

Answered by Grace G. / Mon, Nov 30I had to replace a damaged fog light assembly on my 2015 CRV EX. Be advised the front bumper had to be removed. I have a shop manual and I decided it was over my head as a DIYer. It took 1.7 labor hours by the dealer. ($187.00 total).
