Answered by Grace G. / Fri, Jan 29I used this item to replace my fog light that had broken glass from an impact. I'm not sure if it is called a lens but it is the glass front that protects the bulb. It had everything I needed to look exactly like the original. The only thing I don't remember is if it came with a light bulb (The picture shows one so I think it may). My old bulb was still functional. I did buy some simple trim removal tools to help.

The installation was fairly easy; there are a couple of well done videos on the internet that show how. Just do what it says.
