The fuel pressure regulator is located inside your fuel tank. You will have to remove you read seats go get to the fuel pump thats secured by 10-12 8mm bolt. Once you remove the bolts. The pump will be connected to the fuel line. Disconnect the fuel line but be cautious & have a towel on hand to prevent fuel spilling inside the car. Once that is done. You will then pry UP on the fuel pump & bring it up through the hole it sits inside. Be cautious of fuel & have towels on hand to prevent fuel spilling inside your car. You will see the fuel pressure regulator is located on the fuel pump connected with 1 phillip screw along an “ L “ shaped bracket. Once you’ve removed the regulator, Be cautious of fuel inside the regulator itself. Replace the defective regulator & repeat the process to replace the product.
