Hi Kyle, I'm glad to assist you. No, the fuel pump assembly only has a strainer inside (lower portion). The main fuel filter is usually separate and located on the engine, near the fuel rail, or an in-tank type of fuel filter assembly. It is guaranteed to fit the 2016 to 2019 Kia Soul 1.6L.
