Mercedes fuel pumpFuel Pump, With Fuel Sending Unit, Passenger Side
5.0/5
I purchased a fuel pump for my Mercedes.
The pump came on time and was packaged with extra padding. I think preciousion should be taken with every shipment so it arrives undamaged.
I currently have 123 miles since I replaced it.
Lastly the price was much less than dealer or neighborhood parts store. I'm happy and satisfied with the product and carparts.com

Hi I did them separately, I would recommend to do both at the same time, since it means less downtime and less likely to get stranded somewhere.

Answered by Kimberly Ann G. / Fri, Aug 20Question: How do I know if I have to replace both fuel pumps on my 2011 550 cls ?April L. / Apr 02, 2021
Hi Theresa, I'm glad to help you out. Your mechanic should advise you after a troubleshooting procedure has been done, especially if there is a check engine light showing on your instrument panel gauge. If both of your pumps would go defective, you would not be able to start and run your car to drive. Please refer to your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for this problem. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.

Hi kott10Kndy,
the way i see it is 1. How many mile in car? 2. Do you let gas tank go below 1/4 tank? 3. since you're there replacing one, might as well replace both. they have about the same life time. they work in hand. Hope this helps you.
