Hi Michael, I'm glad to assist you. No, the inline fuel filter is a separate part. This usually comes with a small built-in filter screen strainer inside the pump itself. We have the filter with part number 5965, with 3/8 in. Inlet/Outlet. If the tube size is similar to your filter, this is good.
