Question: What is the PSI output of the fuel pump?Keith M. / Sep 10, 2020
Hello! We would refer to your repair manual for the regulated pressure values that your vehicle should have.

Hey Keith this is Brian. It should replace the stock fuel pump and sending unit I have not yet installed it so I do not know what the pressure is. I got it as a backup for my Jeep if I'm in the woods and I lose my fuel pump. So it's just a spare. You should ask car parts they should be able to tell you. Sorry I cannot help you. Good luck

I decided to drop mine on my 95 Wrangler. However, if you wanted to I do believe it is possible to fold the back seats up and cut an access hole. As long as you can weld it back on and get some kind of cover to go between. (As you could imagine, welding near the fuel system is very dangerous.)

Yes, I dropped the gas tank on my 1991 Jeep Wrangler. It was not an easy task. The bolts were rusted and difficulty with the filler neck.

Yes you do, unless you cut an access hole above the fuel pump, which I don't recommend.

Hi Bill, No, the gasket is not included. It is sold separately.

NO! It does not include the gasket. It should, but does not. You will need to order that item separately elsewhere, or use some "form-a-gasket" compound which can cause other problems in the future. Otherwise this is a good pump, but the electrical connection can be touchy. Paint the soldered ground connection on the lid to prevent later rusting and disconnection.
