I purchased for two different vehicles and the caps were a little different in the way they installed, but the key must turn independent of the actual cap to lock or unlock. Once you learn how to lock and unlock they work great!! I am Happy with this purchase. Great price for a great product!

Not the best but decent/Gas Cap

Fuel cap doesn't lock, key keeps locking and unlocking when trying to take gas cap off.
