In order to make a Satoshi grill for a 3rd gen 4runner you need to get an older grill and cut out the middle. I purchased a new one from Carparts and it was delivered the next day. Great transaction and experience.

I have a 1997 4runner. The molded housings that hold the plastic tabs on the back of the grille were to large compared to the OEM grille so I had to take away material with a dremel for it to fit properly.
