I was able to use the original emblem for my '06 Explorer and it measures 7"x 2 3/4".

The grill I replaced was for a 06 Ford Eddie Bauer explorer. If I'm reading this correctly you have a 2020 explorer thus the grill would not fit. Check on YouTube. Good luck.
