First one arrived cracked in multiple places. A replacement was sent out right away. Waiting for the body shop to reassemble the truck so I haven’t seen it installed yet.

It's not shiny chrome silver, more a matte finish silvery gray as I recall. (I don't have the truck I installed this on anymore.)
