First one arrived cracked in multiple places. A replacement was sent out right away. Waiting for the body shop to reassemble the truck so I haven’t seen it installed yet.

You need to remove the emblem from the original grille and re-install it in the new grille.
To answer the question the emblem is 6.875 long...
