What a relief it was to find out that I could buy this part inexpensively, and easily install it. The body shop bill would have been horrendous! A piece of furniture fell off of a truck in front of me on the highway, and a chunk of it hit my grille and badly damaged it. I was very fortunate that there wasn't any paint or body damage, just the grille. This non-OEM part looks as good as the original factory grille did on my Honda Civic, and it took me only about half an hour to remove the damaged grille and install my new one. This was a very good experience all around.

Despite my first shipment coming to me broken & customer service kind of gave me a hard way, except for the last real nice guy I spoke to which I forgot his name the 2 replacement they sent me looked amazing and was installed perfectly. I gave 4 stars not 5 cause the first shipment was broken and I explained to customer service that when your dealing with a fragile item your supposed to wrap it in bubble wrap or something to protect it not just put the item in a bag and put it in a shipping box absolutely not. And when I contacted the company the first guy didn’t really seem to know what he was talking about he just said wait for an email and that he would send the replacement team something.I kept getting apology emails back to back to back asking for photos of the damaged item the year and make of my car etc,when I been emailed them with all the info they needed so they still kept apologizing asking for info I already sent. it took me to call back angry for them to fix this issue!.
