I received the merchandise and seen it the box damaged..once I opened the box the merchandise was also damaged.
Contacted carparts and was informed to submit a claim through 3rd party. Contacted third party they informed me to submit a claim online at extend dot com. Did that and claim was approved. Received my refund in 2 business days.
