As a first time customer, I was pleased with ease of ordering, reaonable price, quality of the part, and
speed of delivery. On the negative side, I was disappointed it the packaging. The box it came in was twice the size it needed to be, had no bubble rap etc., and the box end flaps were wide open. Even the part packaging had been opened. Fortunately the part itself (plastic) was not broken. The part was as good as pricier OEM on both fit and finish.
