Hi Maurice, I'm pleased to assist you. The only difference is the Q at the end of the part number which stands for CAPA certified part. Otherwise, they are exactly the same. The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies and is required for insurance purposes. However, for the non-CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs.
