The grill was gloss black and in perfect condition. I was skeptical about the fit because this part is not a certified part which was about $100 less. So I took a chance. Well the 2 bottom outer clips did not line up with the bumper cover. Easy fix though - just had to elongate the bumper cover slots about a half inch. Done. Fit perfectly as everything else lined up. I would recommend if you're willing to make slight modifications. I didn't take any pics.
