Was a little worries this wasn't the right part for my truck because in the picture it is shown at a weird angle. Called customer service to double check and they assured me it was the right one and so I purchased it and it has worked out perfectly.

after getting out of package,black rubber was off chrome part. Chrome looks to peel off after hot weather comes around.
