I'm very satisfied with this part as it even came with the new plastic sockets for the headlights as well as the bolts that hold each headlight in. Everything fit as it should and for what I paid I don't think it can be beaten.

Fit perfectly. The front of my Grand Cherokee is straight again. The old one was cracked and broken in 3 places. Easyer to replace than I thought it would be.

Perfect replacement for the old cracked part. Has the fasteners for the headlights already installed. Took less than an hour to install the new part, and the grill, headlights and bumper cover.

Hi Ray, I'm glad to assist you. It is the main headlight panel support. As for the accurate image. It has the mounting points for the headlights to be set in place. If there are extra clips or grommets that you are referring to. It doesn't come with those separate mounting hardware.
