According to what I could find the model for the 2006 ran in the group of years from 2003 to 2007 so I would say that it would. You can Google the model years for Hondas but if you want to be on the safe side check with a local Honda dealer's service department. With this company unless they changed their policy from when I bought my headlamp assembly, you can return it if it's broke or isn't the right one. Good luck!
