This review is more about <a href="http://CarParts.com" target="_blank">CarParts.com</a> and their customer service than the part itself. When I received these two boxes, they had shipped from two different warehouses, but arrived on the same day. Upon opening the box for the driver's side headlight, it was abvious that this was a used part. It was dirty, scratched, rusty and was not packaged like the passenger side light. I called customer service to report this after taking pictures and video. The representative was very understanding, and got a replacement sent to me immediately. This company came in clutch, I had bought the same part I needed but through a competitor website and to avail the over looked their inventory and didn’t have the part twice! So luckily I purchased the car part I needed through here. Purchased it on Labor Day (next day air shipping) and received it on Wednesday due to the holiday but I am happy I found this website. Thank you, not only did you make me happy but most importantly my wife and father in law are off my case!
