Hi Edward, I'm pleased to assist you. Yes. The headlight units themselves have adjustment screws for horizontal and vertical adjustments. Park the car about 25 feet away from the wall. Place a 4-foot high tape on the wall to serve as the centerline. Counterclockwise turns should raise the lights, while clockwise turns should lower them.
