Question: Can I keep my factory headlight in and just change the bulb to a xenon or hid bulb?Pete C. / Apr 04, 2021
Hi Kara, I'm glad to help you out. You will need a headlight conversion kit from a halogen to an HID/Xenon type of headlight assembly since the bulb type and socket connectors differ in size and shape, plus the additional components to power up the HID bulbs using a ballast or igniter module which the halogen does not have. You simply cannot interchange it easily. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
