Hi B, I'm glad to help you out. Unfortunately, you cannot. This is only compatible with the models with factory halogen headlights. We currently don't carry HID assemblies for the Chrysler 300. We suggest checking the local parts stores around your area or the dealership directly on what they have available to offer you. I hope this helps and happy shopping.

Hi Marlon,
Yes, this passenger side headlight is a complete assembly with the module. It has halogen bulbs and not LEDs. You can simply replace the halogen bulb with an LED. Most LED bulbs are now designed to retrofit to the existing light fittings.

There should be no difference on the appearance of the replacement part. Personally, I opted to replace both units, it made more sense to me to prevent future problems if any.
