I bought this along with the passenger's headlight for my dad's 2005 Lexus ES330. His headlights had yellowed so badly that even after I installed LED bulbs the light coming from the headlights were still dim. These headlights look great, they were easy to install and made the car look almost new again. And most importantly they provide excellent light during night driving. I highly recommend these

Hi Susan,
This is a halogen headlight assembly and it does not come with ballast. The headlight that comes with a ballast is the HID/Xenon type of headlight assembly. Please check carefully your owner's manual for that detail, or call a local dealership, then provide your complete VIN number-they should be able to provide you the type of headlight you have or check with a trusted vehicle specific repair manual.
