Hi Myron, I'm glad to assist you. Yes. It fits the 2011 to 2014 Nissan Maxima S without the Sport/Premium Package trim. Upon checking, we do not carry the driver-side headlight that fits the one with a Sport/Premium Package trim. The only other option we have is the HID type of headlight.

My Maxima has a number of upscale features. 2009 Maxima pdes not have S or SV, is 3.5 liter 6 cylinder.Jim T. / Oct 21, 2023
Hi Jim, I'm glad to assist you. The other headlight option we have is an HID/Xenon type. The one you ordered is the halogen type. Please check the details on your car's owner's manual about what type of headlight is in your car.

Please carefully check what type of headlights do you have. The car's owner's manual should indicate the correct type on your car. But if your headlight is an HID type, the part number is REPN100120. Hi Gary,
We do not carry an adaptor for that mismatched plug socket. There are actually 2 types of headlight for the model of your car. The regular halogen type and the Xenon HID headlight assembly with part number REPN100142. This HID/xenon headlight is with sport package type as well. The regular halogen is without sport package or premium package type (part # REPT100134). You might have ordered the incorrect headlight in the first place.
