These lights are better than OEM Ford headlights because thar of the same quality and they are less expensive than Ford. Disregard fitment on web site because these will fit 2017 to 2019 F250 super duty. My truck is a 2019. Buy your wiring harness from "thepigtailconnection". They will supply the forscan codes. You will have to supply your own ballasts. Don't buy the cheap Ebay ones. Buy them from RockAuto. Very satisfied with CarParts.com customer service. They were very helpful and curtious. Hi Mark, I'm glad to assist you. The 2019 Ford F250/350 driver-side headlight has two options to choose from, the one for the sports package and the one without the sports package trim. Please see what type you have on your truck's owner's manual, or call your local dealership and provide your truck's complete VIN. For us to double-check carefully and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the details of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, 2WD/4WD, and engine size). The VIN would be helpful.
