fits well but has a weird line across it that kind of cuts off where the light shines on the road. needs patience and adjustment

We brought it back to the dealer and we were told the passenger side is stronger to see signs . The drivers side is dimmer so not to blind the car coming towards you. Is this true? Hello! I haven't heard of that, but it makes some sense. The only thing I'm familiar with is the driver's side being aimed lower so you don't blind oncoming traffic.
