Hi Gabe,
I'm not sure about the part you are pertaining to. On the left side of the product image, there are 7 small pictures, click on each of them to see the different angles. I do see a black rubber around the headlights. Hope this helps.

Hi Gary, I'm glad to help you out. This item uses a 9003 halogen bulb type for the main light. The turn signal and parking light bulb are both a 3496 halogen bulb type. Hi,
No, there is no need. Our headlights are practically made to be 100% water tight sealed-lens to the housing assembly with a breather hole design to prevent moisture and condensation to fog up the lens from the inside. Just as any vehicle, you can have it cleaned on a car wash and not worry about water contaminating the inside of the headlight assembly.
