Hi,
The headlight lenses are made of polycarbonate plastic. This strong plastic is perfect for taking on harsh road conditions without breaking. The manufacturers coated the lenses with a UV protective film for sun protection.

Hi Diana, I'm glad to assist you. These headlights are factory-stock halogen type. The best way to upgrade it, later on, is to replace the bulb with LED bulbs, not HID type (the HID is an expensive upgrade). We do not carry LED bulbs for now. You can buy those locally or online.
