You will need bulb 9003 (for high and low beams) and 1157NA for the turn signals which we currently do not have. Well, if you need bulbs and sockets for one side and not the other. You would buy, if possible. Two new headlamp assemblies and one socket and bulb set for the damaged side. Are you sure the bulb sockets are damaged? You might be able to use them.
