No these headlights do not come pre adjusted but they are not difficult to get the correct aim.
They are very nice and fit great!

I will just say that I wish I'd installed them at night so I could have checked the light beam stream against a wall because I always felt they pointed low. I would recommend that you take the extra step and do that to be sure although my neighbor who is very wise concerning these matters said they came pre-set. I no longer have the vehicle, sold it last week.

they come plug into OEM harness ready to go, takes all of about 20 minutes to install both, they are excellent come with bulbs too
