If you’re talking about the rubber light stuff around the light yes. They really are nice they look just like factory. I have had them for a couple months now

Yes there was rubber all the way around and I didn’t need to use the old rubber where the bulb goes, it was attached too!

They are watertight and have the attached rubber gasket to fill the gap between the lens housing and fender.

I did on my mine with no problem. Just make sure to see the light pattern before switching the bulbs, so you can match it with new led's.

No the bulbs are standard but you can convert to led using the conversion kit that comes with the bulbs you purchase separately
