Excellent product, only 4 stars because I’m disappointed they don’t include wiring pigtails. Since the wiring notoriously gets cracked and corroded with age.

The 2002 VW Passat came with either halogen type headlights or HID type depending on the trim. You can check with your local dealership for the standard equipment headlight installed in your Passat.
