I ordered a set of new headlights (left and right), but they shipped separately. One headlight arrived as expected but the second headlight went MIA. After waiting a few more days I called customer service and they confirmed that the second headlight went missing but immediately shipped a replacement. No hassles, no additional charges but again, terrific customer service. I will be using Carparts.com again as I need to order new headlights for my 2012 Explorer XLT. Thank you again Carparts.com!!

Plug & play kind of thing🤷 I heard tell that LED'S don't work all that well in a reflector style assembly such as this one? Any truth to that? I guess I can always upgrade to a stronger Halogen bulb?
