Hi,
Yes, this part is a complete assembly with bulbs already. Upon installation, you just have to do the focus adjustment to the standard setting(factory setting) by adjusting the built in screw adjuster on the headlight.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sat, Sep 05The entire grill section must be removed to gain access to the headlamp mounting brackets. It is not difficult but I recommend viewing an on line video first. Reconnect lighting harness to the new bulbs that are already installed for each headlamp. You will need to remove existing headlamp mounts from old headlamps and reattach to new headlamps.
Be sure you purchase some new push pin connectors as the old ones are often brittle. I also recommend having ramps to drive up on to gain access to underneath the front of the car, where several push pin connectors have to be removed as well. This is about a 4-hr job but is well worth it.
