Hi,
Yes, the halogen bulb type originally on your truck is a 9006 for the low beam and 9005 for the high beam. You will simply look up a LED bulb version for the 9005 and 9006 halogen bulb type.

They are both OEM. Some came with the smooth and some came with fluted. More models came with the smooth.

Yes these are new, I bought a pair for replacements on my 2003 Silverado Duramax HD.
They came with all new bulbs, I installed them in about 10 minutes and they work better than the originals. I kept my used bulbs as replacements when needed.
Installing these headlamp bodies and bulbs made a major difference in my night driving and front end appearance. Plus, one of the old original headlamp bodies leaked water in but not out. Ive ran the new lamps about a year with no negative issues.

Not sure what your question is but these went right in no problems 2003 Silverado you will have to adjust the headlight beam angle though easy with adjustment screw
